Welcome to MASCAN. By accessing our website, booking a class, purchasing class credits, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About MASCAN

MASCAN is a non-profit cultural organization based in Montreal, QC, dedicated to promoting music, dance, and artistic expression. We offer group classes, workshops, cultural events, and community initiatives.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website (mascan.org), you agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a form
Use our content and services for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to disrupt or damage the website, platform, or booking system

We may update our website or policies at any time.

3. Class Bookings

All classes require an online booking through our official booking page.
Your booking is only confirmed once:

You have available class credits
OR
You have completed payment within the required time window

If payment is not received within the allowed period, your spot may be released.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
Missed classes are not refundable.

4. Class Credits

We offer:

Single Class Credit
5-Class Credit Bundle
10-Class Credit Bundle

Credits may be used for any MASCAN group class (singing or dance).

Unless otherwise specified, class credits expire 12 months from the purchase date.

All credit purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Credits are not transferable to another person without written approval from MASCAN.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our online platform.
MASCAN does not store full credit card information.

Failed payments will result in:

Holding the booking as “Pending Payment”
Possible cancellation if payment is not completed

6. Event Tickets

Special events may have separate pricing, rules, or cancellation policies.
By purchasing an event ticket, you agree to the specific conditions provided for that event.

7. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful learning environment:

Be respectful toward instructors and participants
Follow class guidelines and instructions
Avoid disruptive behavior
Maintain appropriate attire and hygiene

MASCAN reserves the right to remove participants who violate these principles.

8. Media & Photography

During classes or events, MASCAN may take photos or videos for educational or promotional use.

If you do not consent to being photographed or filmed, please inform us in writing prior to attending.

9. Health & Safety

By participating in classes, you acknowledge:

You are physically able to take part
You assume any personal risk involved
MASCAN is not liable for injuries or personal belongings lost during classes or events

Always consult a health professional if you have medical concerns.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, class materials, choreography, vocal arrangements, and media belong to MASCAN and/or the respective instructors.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without written consent.
